2023-2024 TUITION ASSISTANCE

 

CKYO is committed to the equitable access to high-quality music education and seeks to make our programs accessible to all students who successfully audition into an orchestra, regardless of their financial background. Need-based tuition assistance is available for all CKYO orchestras and we encourage families to apply, whether you are requesting full tuition assistance for the season or a $50 per semester assistance, all requests for tuition assistance should be applied for via the CKYO Tuition Assistance Application. All families with tuition payment concerns are encouraged to apply.

 

The applications are confidential and only reviewed by the Finance Committee of the CKYO Board of Directors and communication is done through the Executive Director. No other staff member or Board Member handles tuition assistance.

PAYMENT PLANS

Semester Tuition can be paid in full at the two dates listed above or over the course of the season by setting up a tuition payment plan. Payment plans run September – April (8 equal payments). Sign up to pay monthly via a payment plan HERE.

Below are the monthly installments for each ensemble:

• Symphony Orchestra: $72.50, Sept – April.

• Concert Orchestra: $68.75 Sept – April.

• Repertory Orchestra: $65.00, Sept – April.

• Bravo String Orchestra: $61.25, Sept – April.

• Jazz Arts Orchestra (Jan – May): $65.00 - Jan – April.

• Jazz Repertory Orchestra (Jan – May): $61.25 - Jan – April.

 

Please DO NOT pay tuition until you have heard from the office. CKYO is unable to provide refunds.
