2010-2011 Symphony Orchestra
The CKYO Symphony Orchestra is composed primarily of high school players, some traveling over an hour each way to participate. There are one hundred musicians in this orchestra. The Symphony Orchestra meets on Monday evenings from 7-9:30pm and plays only advanced orchestra music in its original form with an emphasis on preparing students for collegiate or semiprofessional orchestras. The Symphony Orchestra will be conducted by Kayoko Dan.
