2010-2011 Concert Orchestra
The CKYO Concert Orchestra is composed of over ninety high school and middle school students. The orchestra meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:45pm and focuses on original-notation music but also plays some pieces in arrangement. The curriculum is designed to hone players' skills as orchestral musicians and to help them to develop habits necessary for playing in an advanced ensemble. The Concert Orchestra will be conducted by Kayoko Dan.
