Deduct $15 from any orchestra's tuition, per semester, with an on time payment. You may also deduct an additional $25 per semester for each additional child in CKYO.
Payment Deadlines
- Fall Semester: September 16, 2010 (except JO).
- Spring Semester: February 3, 2011.
- Concerto Competition Entry Fee and Forms are due in the CKYO office by 5:00 p.m. on September 13th, 2010.
- Chamber Tuition is due on or before September 16, 2010, and February 3, 2011.
All completed forms and tuition payments must be in the CKYO office by the deadlines. Members will be turned away from rehearsals after the deadline until all paperwork is received.
Scholarships
The Central Kentucky Youth Orchestras welcome all students who qualify musically to become members during the entrance audition. A qualified student who needs financial aid in order to participate may apply for a Full or Partial Scholarship.
Application forms are available on line or at the CKYO office and must be turned in by September 9th, 2010 and January 27th, 2011 respectively. Please complete the application in its entirety; information will be kept confidential. After review by the Finance Committee, applicants will be notified of receipt prior to the CKYO Tuition deadline.
