All completed forms and tuition payments must be in the CKYO office by the deadlines. Members will be turned away from rehearsals after the deadline until all paperwork and payments are in order.

Concerto Competition Entry Fee and Forms are due in the CKYO office by 5:00 p.m. on September 27^th.

Chamber Tuition is due on or before October 11, 2007, and January 17, 2008.

The Central Kentucky Youth Orchestras welcome all students who qualify musically to become members during the entrance audition. A qualified student who needs financial aid in order to participate may apply for a Full or Partial Scholarship.

Financial assistance is limited to members who have financial need. Those students who are able to pay tuition are requested to do so since the CKYO scholarship program has very limited funds. Scholarship applications are reviewed and awarded by the CKYO Finance Committee. Any information given helps us make a fair and equitable decision. The financial information you provide will be kept confidential.
